2021年9月1日，MGI（纳斯达克成长型公司市场及法兰克福证券交易所，证券代码：M8G）已完成此前宣布的对Smaato的收购，交易金额达1.4亿欧元，投中资本作为独家财务顾问协助完成本次收购。交易完成前，Smaato是上海谊秋全资控股的一家全球领先的数字广告平台公司。投中资本曾于2016年作为卖方顾问服务于Smaato，协助完成中方对Smaato的跨境收购。

September 1st, 2021 - Media and Games Invest SE ("MGI" or the "Company", ticker M8G; Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market and Scale Segment Frankfurt Stock Exchange) has successfully completed the previously announced transaction to acquire Smaato (the "Transaction"), a leading digital advertising platform, from Shanghai Qiugu Investment Partnership (“SQI”), at an Enterprise Value of EUR 140 million.
